This apartment is located on the eighteenth floor of one of the most modern and newest buildings in Fortaleza. It is located at the front side (ie, the sea side) of the building, therefor an entirely free sea-view of 180 degrees. The entry that you will use is located directly at the Beira Mar. Obvious there are doormen, but you have access to the building with your fingerprint, indeed the most modern systems.

  • Price R$ 330 low season per night (March t/m May & Sept t/m Nov).
  • Price R$ 365 high season per night.
  • Price R$ 875 23 December till 02 Januari per night.

Apartment cleaning
Cleaning service costs R$ 160 per week and includes:
  • cleaning lady (2x per week).
  • changing bed sheets (2x / week).

If you don`t choose extra cleaning service, the final cleaning at departure R$ 120 will be add to the total price!

Renting cost includes
Internet access (24 hours.

1 parking space within the building

24 houres doormen/security services

Not includes
Energy usage (1,25 centavos kwh/day).
